Announcing “churchtalkradio.com” A New Internet Radio Station

In 1989, Bishop Andy Lewter made history by becoming the first African American to own and operate a television station (Low Power) in the state of Ohio.  Bishop Lewter gave up the television station in 1994 when he was elected to the bishopric of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship with Bishop Paul Morton.  Recently, Bishop Lewter has returned to his passion for Christian broadcasting by launching a brand new internet radio station, http://churchtalkradio.com

td-jakes2This station is a collaboration between Bishop Lewter, LION, MANA and a number of journalists and broadcasters from around the country.  The station will operate 24 hours a day for seven days a week and will include in its scheduling Bishop T. D. Jakes, Joel Osteen, Joyce Meyers, Chip Ingrahm, Tony Evans, Bishop Paul Morton, Bishop Joseph Walker and a number of local pastors and ministers from around the country.

Currently the station is seeking persons who would like to broadcast and want to reach a global audience with their message.  Broadcasters can either produce their own show (mp3) and send it electronically to the radio station or they can utilize the newly built radio studio that has been constructed at 2 Monroe Street in Amityville, NY.  For more information please visit the radio station’s website at http://churchtalkradio.com
